Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue.
